Requirements
- Degree in engineering, computer science, quality management, or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in quality management
- Experience ideally in software company or regulated industries
- Proven experience setting up and implementing QMS
- Ideally successful ISO 9001 and AQAP 2210 certification
- Strong knowledge of process management
- Strong knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
- Experience with internal and external audit processes
- Proficiency with common documentation tools
- Proficiency with common process management tools
- Familiarity with software development processes preferred
- High level of initiative
- Ability to work independently
- Small-company environment adaptability
- Fluent English
- Strong communication skills across all levels
Tasks
- Establish and improve Quality Management System (QMS)
- Implement QMS for ISO 9001 and AQAP 2210 certification
- Develop and document quality policies and standards
- Analyze and improve existing processes
- Plan and conduct internal audits
- Support external audits for certification
- Ensure compliance with standards and regulations
- Meet customer-specific requirements, especially in defense
- Collaborate with engineering and project management
- Integrate quality standards across business areas
- Train employees on quality-related topics
- Raise awareness of quality standards
- Manage documents within QMS
- Support supplier evaluation
- Ensure quality assurance activities
