Requirements

  • Completed studies in mechanical, industrial, production, quality management, or electrical engineering
  • Sound knowledge of product development process, DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ, APQP/APQP4W
  • Experience in change management and quality-related end-to-end processes
  • High skill level in problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 7QC, PDCA)
  • Sound knowledge of Tower component and manufacturing processes
  • Strong analytical skills (Pareto, trend analyses), Power BI, Excel
  • Understanding of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR), experience with Teamcenter, SAP, IQS, quality systems
  • Experience in process audits and FAI/PPAP requirements
  • Strong competence in drawing and specification review
  • Basic knowledge of validation and quality-related release processes
  • Ability to integrate feedback into quality actions
  • Strong decision-making ability, clear communication, stakeholder engagement confidence

Tasks

  • Participate in Change Boards, Design Reviews, and critical issue meetings
  • Ensure consistent application of quality standards
  • Define, implement, and monitor corrective actions
  • Define, implement, and monitor preventive actions
  • Ensure long-term effectiveness and process sustainability
  • Participate in FMEAs (DFMEA/PFMEA)
  • Ensure correct FMEA methodology application
  • Align FMEA with ENERCON guidelines
  • Ensure series product stability in production and field operations
  • Monitor process sustainability across the value chain
  • Reduce non-conformities and Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ)
  • Participate in Engineering Change processes for series products
  • Supervise Engineering Change processes for series products
  • Assess quality and evaluate risks for changes
  • Ensure controlled end-to-end implementation of changes
  • Support internal and external audits as an expert
  • Execute and document Supplier qualifications
  • Execute and document Production qualifications
  • Execute and document Installation qualifications
  • Execute and document Service qualifications
  • Adhere to defined processes and the Integrated Management System (IMS)
  • Lead, moderate, and close out 8D for critical issues
  • Collaborate with IMS on releasing production processes
  • Ensure compliance with defined standards
  • Identify process gaps during issue resolution
  • Develop and implement process improvements with IMS
  • Deploy Lessons Learned into upstream processes
  • Prevent recurrence of non-conformities
  • Monitor and track COPQ reduction targets
  • Drive achievement of NC reduction targets
  • Align targets with organizational objectives
  • Provide timely reporting to management
  • Report on relevant topics, risks, and progress updates
  • Initiate necessary escalations
  • Drive issue resolution through problem-solving
  • Ensure cross-functional alignment
