Requirements
- •Degree in engineering or equivalent education with operational focus
- •Experience in automotive or railway sector with focus on quality and production
- •Knowledge of management systems (IATF 16949, ISO 22163, VDA standards, customer-specific requirements)
- •Knowledge of SAP and Excel
- •Practical project and process experience
- •Initial experience in quality or production environments
- •Skills in project management, lean management, process improvement
- •Very good proficiency in German and English with strong written and spoken communication skills
- •Applications from severely handicapped people are welcome

- •Support operational organization in achieving quality targets
- •Ensure compliance with customer requirements and international standards
- •Coordinate and manage internal and external incidents
- •Document incidents properly
- •Conduct internal audits and support launch management activities
- •Maintain PLC process standards
- •Participate in plant-wide standardization efforts
- •Create PPAP packages based on project documentation
- •Support Run & Rate activities to meet customer expectations
- •Consult with plant management on quality policy and strategic topics
- •Promote quality awareness and deliver training within the plant
- •Monitor and report on quality-related KPIs
- •Drive improvement measures based on KPI analysis
