Quality Manager(m/w/x)
Managing series product stability and corrective actions for wind turbine components at a technology leader. Strong knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ, APQP4W, FAI/PPAP, and problem-solving tools required. 30 days annual leave, holiday and Christmas bonuses.
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, Electrical Engineering, or Quality Management
- Strong knowledge of DFMEA/PFMEA, CTQ, APQP4W, FAI/PPAP
- Experience in change management and end-to-end quality processes
- High proficiency in problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Ishikawa, 7QC, PDCA)
- Good understanding of manufacturing processes and quality assurance
- Strong analytical skills including Pareto and trend analysis
- Knowledge of reliability metrics (MTBF, MTTR) and ability to read drawings/specifications
- Basic knowledge of validation and release processes; experience with wind turbine components (plus)
Tasks
- Participate in Change Boards, Design Reviews, and Hotspot meetings
- Define, implement, and monitor corrective and preventive actions with cross-functional teams
- Apply and support DFMEA/PFMEA methodology according to internal guidelines
- Ensure series product stability across production and field operations
- Focus on NC and COPQ reduction
- Oversee Engineering Change processes, conducting quality assessments and risk evaluations
- Support internal and external audits
- Support qualification processes along the value chain
- Lead and close 8D problem-solving activities
- Drive Lessons Learned into upstream processes
- Report risks and progress
- Manage escalations
- Collaborate with IMS on process releases and improvements
