- Three years aviation industry experience
- Knowledge of quality systems and safety
- Familiarity with quality management tools
- Knowledge of EASA regulations and SMS
- Engineering degree, ICAO license, or Pilot’s License
- Analytical, report writing, and development skills
- Self-starter with problem-solving and facilitation skills
- Ability to drive quality programs
- Excellent English and French or German
Tasks
- Ensure compliance with Part 145 and Part 21 regulations
- Drive continuous improvement of products and work environments
- Plan and conduct internal and external audits
- Perform supplier, facility, tooling, and process audits
- Manage audit resources and support customer audits
- Investigate safety occurrences and conduct root cause analyses
- Propose corrective and preventive actions to avoid recurrence
- Liaise with National Aviation Authorities and OEMs
- Evaluate one-off authorizations and respond to findings
- Maintain Part 145 and Part 21 manuals and procedures
- Update capability lists and quality documentation
- Manage internal certifying staff authorizations
- Identify training needs and coach operational staff
- Conduct briefings to strengthen quality and safety culture
- Monitor and document training and qualification records
- Lead continuous improvement projects and promote best practices
- Oversee quality reporting systems and the QEHS SharePoint page
