Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related technical field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or quality engineering, ideally in manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as ISO 9001
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • High attention to detail and process discipline
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in cross-functional, global teams
  • Business fluency in German and English (written and spoken)

  • Leverage data to identify trends

  • Partner with R&D teams
