Tasks
- Support the Associate Director in improving product development
- Implement and enhance building control development processes
- Lead root-cause analyses to solve complex problems
- Review and provide feedback on technical tasks
- Support new product builds and production processes
- Align engineering activities with regulatory and QMS standards
- Assist with CAPA processes and implementation
- Conduct regulatory and compliance assessments
- Provide follow-up support for compliance initiatives
- Supervise benchmarks to ensure quality objectives are met
