Requirements
- •Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering or Technical field
- •5-7 years experience in quality, process engineering, or related role
- •Working knowledge of SAP or similar ERP system
- •Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- •Strong analytical ability
- •Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- •Experience in Six Sigma and statistical tools and methodologies
- •Knowledgeable in quality standards (example: AS9100 and ISO 9001)
- •Auditing experience required; certified lead auditor preferred
- •Fluency in spoken and written English
- •Working knowledge of Minitab
- •Expert knowledge of SAP QM functional module, and Master Data
- •Experience in chemical industry desired
- •Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification desired
- •Ability to stand or walk for extended periods during audits, inspections or site visits
- •Ability to lift and carry items up to 25 lbs

- •Utilize quality data and statistical analysis from various sources
- •Prioritize activities to reduce the cost of poor quality KPIs
- •Create, publish, and maintain quality inspection plans
- •Develop work instructions and procedures for quality processes
- •Identify and lead process improvement projects
- •Facilitate process improvement events to enhance product quality
- •Support investigations of customer complaints and product nonconformities
- •Lead corrective and preventive action implementation
- •Manage quality activities for New Product Introductions
- •Oversee quality activities in Engineering tests and Validation plans
- •Participate in internal and external quality systems audits
- •Collaborate with global quality peers and site leadership
- •Meet regularly with stakeholders to review quality improvement progress
- •Mentor Process Quality Technician(s)
- •Implement and maintain site Quality Management System according to ISO9001 standards
