- Implement and monitor quality planning processes.
- Plan, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
- Manage non-conformities.
- Manage 8D error reports.
- Manage internal and external complaints and claims.
- Identify weaknesses and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support new product and tool release and validation.
- Prepare and report Quality Management KPIs.
- Drive continuous improvement and strengthen business processes.
