- •Good knowledge of MS Office and SAP
- •Knowledge in Q-Methods: Automotive Core Tools, VDA 6.3, CSR, IATF 16949
- •Good technical problem solving skills
- •Confident communication in German and English

Tasks
- •Manage customer communication and reporting
- •Create complaints in the VC system
- •Inform affected areas of quality issues
- •Initiate the 8D process
- •Define immediate quality measures
- •Lead root cause analyses with supporting departments
- •Request permanent corrective actions with the line team
- •Create and communicate 8D reports
- •Upload reports to the customer portal
- •Create internal cost collector orders
- •Prepare Q reports for supplier responsibilities
- •Record and track all external costs
- •Evaluate and track supplier 8D reports
