- •Technical education and several years of professional experience in quality
- •Practical experience with rotating machines (generators or motors)
- •SAP administration skills
- •Advanced written and spoken English skills and business fluent in German
- •Consistent commitment to safety and quality
- •Problem-solving and methodical thinking
- •Ability to work professionally and collaboratively with various teams
- •Structured work approach and active involvement
- •Motivated, innovative, and customer-oriented
- •Good communication skills
- •Ability to engage well with various environments, cultures, and people; cultural awareness

Tasks
- •Handle quality topics for production lines
- •Monitor and track KPIs across the organization
- •Manage the quality escalation process between factory levels
- •Perform RCA, CAPA, and 8D analyses
- •Ensure and implement Vestas processes and procedures
- •Support process and product audits
- •Coordinate PPAPs for customers
- •Act as point of contact for supplier non-conformities
- •Participate in projects like new product industrialization and technology transfer
- •Train production teams on quality topics
