Tasks

• Maintain updated QC and QD documentation with process owners
• Set quality policy guidelines for third-party logistics providers
• Establish standardized formats for internal working instructions
• Act as the primary contact for customer-specific logistics requirements
• Design and document secondary processes like returns management
• Coordinate quality KPI measurement systems across all warehouses
• Implement process control points and appropriate monitoring tools
• Prepare and execute audits while managing deviation follow-ups
• Plan and maintain a regional internal auditing system
• Support teams with quality tools like 8D and FMEAs
• Report quality and EHS issues to global leadership
• Coordinate the implementation of new EHS guidelines
• Support management reviews in alignment with quality norms
• Manage quality deviation processes and drive corrective actions
• Facilitate the deployment of the company’s production system
• Ensure compliance with packaging and loading standards
• Develop inventory control procedures with finance and legal
• Coordinate inventory audit processes with external auditors
• Establish procedures for stock discrepancies and obsolescence
