Requirements
- •Excellent organization skills
- •Attention to detail
- •Dynamic mindset and strong communication skills
- •Minimum 2 years of experience in the coffee industry
- •Previous experience in coffee quality control or sensory analysis– Q Grader certification is a plus
- •Sample roasting experience preferred
- •Experience in sales or customer-facing role advantageous
- •Microsoft Office proficiency
- •Tools for quality assessment
- •Understanding of exporter country quality standards & procedures
- •Proficiency in German and English

Tasks
- •Receive incoming green coffee samples
- •Prepare and dispatch samples to customers in a timely manner
- •Support the trading team by cupping and grading coffees
- •Conduct sample roasting for client requests and cupping sessions
- •Set up and break down cupping tables according to industry standards
- •Maintain cleanliness and organization of the quality lab
- •Monitor inventory and equipment
- •Register incoming samples and maintain proper documentation
- •Participate in cupping sessions
- •Physically grade green coffee samples
- •Assist sales team and customers with quality-related inquiries
- •Calibrate, maintain, and update customer specifications
- •Support sales team with food safety and compliance matters
