Tasks
- Receive incoming green coffee samples
- Prepare and dispatch samples to customers in a timely manner
- Support the trading team by cupping and grading coffees
- Conduct sample roasting for client requests and cupping sessions
- Set up and break down cupping tables according to industry standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the quality lab
- Monitor inventory and equipment
- Register incoming samples and maintain proper documentation
- Participate in cupping sessions
- Physically grade green coffee samples
- Assist sales team and customers with quality-related inquiries
- Calibrate, maintain, and update customer specifications
- Support sales team with food safety and compliance matters
