- Conduct production workshops at suppliers' premises for onboarding and support
- Evaluate and approve production samples
- Maintain close communication and provide feedback to product management, TPM, and design
- Act as an interface between technical product development and producers in Asia
- Serve as the contact person for suppliers regarding quality issues
- Support development work and collaborate with PM and sourcing team on supplier styles
- Identify problems proactively and develop cost-effective solutions
- Travel extensively, at least four times a year
