- Collaborate with product, engineering, and operations teams
- Drive defect resolution and release decisions
- Refine testing methodologies based on lessons learned
- Evaluate tools for test management
- Introduce bug tracking tools
- Implement remote device monitoring
- Explore automation feasibility
