QA and Observability Engineer - Mobile & Web(m/w/x)

Description

You will ensure seamless digital experiences by combining automated testing with production monitoring, using advanced AI tools to maintain the high performance of the company's web and mobile apps.

Requirements

• •3–5 years of experience in software testing, QA automation, site reliability, or a closely related role
• •Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and Python
• •Experience with manual and exploratory testing across mobile and web platforms
• •Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Appium, or Cypress
• •Experience with API testing using tools like Postman or REST Assured
• •Familiarity with performance and load testing using tools such as JMeter or k6
• •Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana and Prometheus
• •Experience working with time-series databases (e.g. InfluxDB)
• •Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and test verification
• •Experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
• •Familiarity with version control using Git / GitHub / GitLab
• •Knowledge of accessibility and usability testing standards
• •Valid driver's license
• •2-5 years of experience

Tasks

• •Build and evolve automated and manual test suites
• •Test mobile, web, and API applications
• •Validate backend services using Postman or REST Assured
• •Conduct performance and load testing with JMeter or k6
• •Manage end-to-end production monitoring and performance visibility
• •Document, track, and prioritize software defects
• •Collaborate with developers to debug and resolve issues
• •Contribute to test plans and quality metrics
• •Assess release readiness for new features
• •Partner with teams to improve testability and observability
• •Utilize AI-powered tools to enhance testing efficiency
