Requirements
- •Aerospace or mechanical engineering degree (M.Sc./M.Eng.)
- •Experience in propellant management system design for aerospace vehicle
- •Programming skills in Python, C++, Matlab
- •Proficient with CAD software (Inventor/Creo)
- •Experience with simulation software (EcosimPro, Ansys)
- •Hands-on experience with assembling, testing and troubleshooting fluid systems
- •Proficiency in both German and English
- •Excellent analytical and interdisciplinary skills
- •Fluent English, German skills desirable
- •Proactive mindset, high level of motivation, flexibility, perseverance, and ability to work in a team
- •Work experience in a start-up environment is an advantage

Tasks
- •Design and analyze propellant supply systems for a hypersonic UAV
- •Design and analyze tank systems for kerosene and liquid oxygen
- •Create and interpret piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&ID)
- •Define and verify key performance parameters through simulation and testing
- •Specify valves, solenoid valves, control valves, pressure regulators, and safety components
- •Select fluid system components and conduct trade-off studies
- •Simulate and analyze system behavior
- •Design fluid system parts and assemblies using CAD
- •Define operation and safety procedures for the fluid system
