Erfolgreiche Realisierung von Life Science EPCMQ-Großprojekten in Europa, inklusive Kundenmanagement und Key Account Verantwortung. Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter in Pharma/Biotech-Design oder Engineering erforderlich. 30 Tage Urlaub plus 20 Tage Workation.

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium (Verfahrenstechnik, Biotechnologie, Anlagen-/Maschinenbau, Elektrotechnik) oder vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Projektleiter (EPCM/EPC) in Pharma/Biotech-Design, Engineering oder Konstruktion
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in CAPEX-Projekten (Umbau, Brownfield/Greenfield)
  • Verständnis für wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge
  • Teamführung, Organisation, Pragmatik und Zielstrebigkeit
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit Deutsch (B2) und Englisch (C1)
  • Netzwerk in Life Science Branche erwünscht
  • Hohe Reisebereitschaft (DACH-Region/Europa)

Tasks

  • Großprojekte in Europa erfolgreich realisieren
  • Qualität, Budget und Zeitplan einhalten
  • Kundenmanagement im Projekt durchführen
  • Key Account Verantwortung für langfristige Partnerschaften übernehmen
  • Projektentwicklung mit Kostenschätzung, Risikoanalyse und Terminplanung durchführen
  • Notwendige Prozesse aufsetzen und durchführen
  • Projektteam und Stakeholder führen und koordinieren
  • Projektdurchführungsplan erstellen
  • Reporting an das Führungsteam erstellen
  • Interne und externe Kommunikation führen
  • Vergabeverhandlungen mit Kund:innen, Planungspartner:innen, Lieferant:innen und ausführenden Firmen führen
  • Arbeitssicherheit (EHS) verantworten
  • Zusammenarbeit mit EHS Management gestalten
