- Ensure compliance with GCP/ICH, CTR, AMG, and SOPs
- Achieve recruitment targets for studies
- Deliver high-quality study results according to the protocol
- Adhere to timelines and budget requirements
- Serve as the primary operational contact
- Liaise between the central GSK study team and local site
- Provide technical leadership to the study team
- Collaborate closely with national and international partners
- Work with external trial sites
