Tasks
- Report to Project Manager

- Coordinate stakeholders
- Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and resources
- Provide accurate reports and analyses
- Collaborate with Work Package Owners
- Maintain project schedule aligned with Level 3
- Identify critical paths
- Optimize schedules for manufacturing
- Manage interdependencies between work packages
- Update schedule for scope changes and delays
- Align schedule with resource constraints and budget
- Organize and lead coordination meetings
- Prepare meeting agendas
- Document decisions and track actions
- Act as liaison between teams
- Define workflow for scope changes
- Assess impact of scope changes
- Communicate and integrate approved changes
- Maintain risk register
- Implement mitigation strategies
- Escalate high-priority risks
- Track project progress
- Produce monthly performance reports
- Support Steering Committee updates
