Tasks

  • •Manage quality projects for the Munich development site.
  • •Lead a multicultural team of Quality Engineers.
  • •Plan and develop projects for premium OEMs.
  • •Control annual and multi-year budgets and resources.
  • •Define and implement objectives to meet Business Unit goals.
  • •Develop milestone and activity plans to minimize risks.
  • •Initiate standardisation projects for process optimisation.
  • •Oversee supplier monitoring to ensure product quality.
  • •Collaborate with Plant Quality teams on project planning.
  • •Define and optimise production monitoring concepts.
  • •Ensure timely validation of product and process approvals.
  • •Prepare for audits to maintain certification readiness.
  • •Provide customer support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • •Lead internal and customer meetings to address risks.
  • •Support Sales in preparing quotations and contract negotiations.
  • •Align with Corporate Quality to develop strategic objectives.
