Project Operations Planning Manager(m/w/x)
You manage project operations by coordinating schedules, identifying delays, and leading meetings with manufacturing sites. Your role ensures efficient planning and communication throughout the project network.
Requirements
- University degree in Engineering or Business
- Minimum 6 years experience in industrial planning
- Working experience in Project Management or Production
- Experience on several projects or bids, ideally in railways, construction, oil & gas, technology, energy
- Knowledge of relevant planning software, MS Project required
- Fluent in German and English, min. level B2
Tasks
- Collaborate with the project core team.
- Animate the operation planning community.
- Coordinate the operation planning network across sites.
- Maintain internal and customer project schedules.
- Identify potential delays and critical paths early.
- Assess commercial impact of planning changes.
- Coordinate MPS construction actions with manufacturing sites.
- Lead periodic synchronization meetings with industrial planners.
- Provide updated manufacturing schedule situations.
- Offer actual and forecasted views on lead times and inventory.
- Prepare manufacturing progress reports for the project.
- Plan retrofit activities on manufacturing and customer sites.
