Description

As a Project Manager for large-scale Data Center projects, you will oversee the execution phase, ensuring compliance with design and client requirements while managing budgets and schedules. Your role involves coordinating teams, maintaining quality standards, and facilitating communication with stakeholders.

Requirements

• •Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil) or equivalent
• •Minimum 8–10 years in project management for large-scale industrial or Data Center projects
• •Proven track record in construction execution and team leadership on projects > €100M
• •Strong knowledge of Data Center systems (electrical, HVAC, TCE)
• •Fluent English and German (written and spoken)
• •Proficiency in MS Office, project management tools (MS Project, Primavera), and familiarity with BIM platforms
• •PMP or equivalent is a plus
• •Leadership and decision-making ability
• •Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• •Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities
• •Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively

Tasks

• •Lead the execution phase of Data Center construction projects
• •Ensure compliance with design, contractual obligations, and client requirements
• •Manage project budgets and schedules, including resource planning and cost control
• •Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and external stakeholders
• •Implement and maintain quality and safety standards throughout the project lifecycle
• •Oversee subcontractor performance and resolve technical and contractual issues
• •Ensure timely delivery of project milestones
• •Conduct risk analysis and implement mitigation strategies
• •Prepare and validate project documentation, including progress reports and planning updates
• •Lead client meetings and maintain strong communication with international stakeholders
• •Support commissioning and handover activities to operations teams
