Description

As a Project Manager in the Transformation Office, you will oversee project planning and execution, ensuring timely delivery within budget. This role involves driving industrialization efforts, analyzing data for improvements, and supporting project teams to achieve transformation goals.

Tasks

• •Plan and manage project timelines and budgets
• •Drive industrialization efforts across Engineering, Operations, and Production
• •Define and implement the project master schedule
• •Design and maintain dashboards for project status visibility
• •Prepare and present reports for leadership and senior management
• •Analyze project data to identify trends and areas for improvement
• •Manage a central hub for project documents and reports
• •Create ad-hoc reports to support strategic decisions
• •Conduct regular project meetings to plan tasks and update status
• •Report project status to relevant stakeholders
• •Identify and control operational problems and project risks
• •Prioritize tasks and make timely decisions to minimize delays
• •Evaluate and authorize changes impacting project scope, budget, or timeline
• •Continuously improve the PMO framework and ensure adherence to governance
• •Assist in managing the portfolio of transformation projects
• •Support Transformation Leads and Project Managers in their initiatives
