Leading operational investment infrastructure changes for regulatory compliance in asset management. 2-3+ years in regulatory reform initiatives, T+1 settlement, and EMIR knowledge required. Flexible hybrid work, relocation support.

Requirements

  • Excellent university degree in Business or Finance
  • Relevant experience (2-3+ years) in regulatory reform initiatives within Asset Management
  • Knowledge of T+1 settlement, EMIR, derivatives clearing; exposure to AIFMD/UCITS or Retail Investment Strategy is a plus
  • Strong technical skills and project management familiarity
  • Teamwork, communication, presentation skills, interpersonal competence, high motivation, positive work attitude
  • Effective collaboration and communication across functions (Portfolio Management, IT, Distribution, external providers)
  • Highly organized, attention to detail, excellent follow-through, ability to work independently
  • Proficiency in English; additional European language is a plus
  • Experience with Generative AI / GenAI / Generative Artificial Intelligence

Tasks

  • Lead projects on operational investment infrastructure changes
  • Implement changes for industry standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assess regulatory requirements and their impact on operations
  • Facilitate workshops with affected teams and management
  • Plan and execute projects independently
  • Take ownership of project outcomes and success
  • Act as an internal management consultant
  • Support multiple projects and topics simultaneously
  • Prioritize tasks across multiple projects

  • 2 - 3 years

  • Bachelor's degree
