Requirements

  • Willingness to travel up to 20% internationally
  • University degree in Life Science or Engineering
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally in product/process development of medical devices or pharmaceutical packaging
  • Experience with multidisciplinary project teams in complex organizations and ability to guide team members
  • Knowledge of design control processes, process validation and related standards (21 CFR 820; ISO 13485; ISO 15378)
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) and German (written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Capability to master big picture and technical details
  • Strategic mindset and business acumen with structured working style and ability to prioritize

Tasks

  • Drive complex development and customer projects from initial studies to market launch
  • Represent the project to stakeholders, steering committees, and top management
  • Manage projects within scope, quality, budget, and target cost
  • Lead cross-functional project teams, balancing business needs and process compliance
  • Translate technical content for business colleagues
  • Ensure project success by addressing any necessary tasks
