Project Manager & Product Owner C&P (Configuration & Processes)(m/w/x)

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration (B.A.), or comparable field
• Minimum 3 years professional experience as IT Project Manager
• Experience in agile or hybrid environments (e.g., Scrum)
• Desirable experience as Product Owner or in agile product development
• Certified Project Manager (PMP or equivalent preferred)
• Advantageous Product Owner certification (e.g., CSPO)
• Desirable experience in international, matrix-based organization
• Desired understanding of sales processes and product configuration
• Fluent English and German language skills
• Strong knowledge of Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Project) or equivalent
• Experience with collaboration and agile tools (e.g., Azure DevOps)
• Confident use of project management tools
• Strong communication, high integrity, personal responsibility
• Ownership mindset, strong decision-making capability
• Ability to motivate teams and foster cross-functional collaboration
• High resilience and adaptability
• Willingness to travel

Tasks

• Manage end-to-end national and international digital and IT projects
• Ensure project delivery within scope, time, quality, and budget
• Define project objectives, deliverables, and timelines
• Determine resource requirements with stakeholders
• Lead and coordinate cross-functional, virtual, and international teams
• Manage project risks and dependencies
• Manage stakeholder communication throughout projects
• Ensure successful solution implementation
• Facilitate smooth transition of solutions into operations
• Act as Product Owner for digital solutions
• Define product vision for digital solutions
• Support digital solution roadmap development
• Ensure strong business value and user orientation
• Foster collaboration between business and development teams
• Collect, analyze, and prioritize business and functional requirements
• Own and maintain the product backlog
• Manage user stories and backlog prioritization
• Serve as key interface between business and development teams
• Participate in agile ceremonies
• Formally accept delivered solutions
• Drive continuous improvement of digital products
• Continuously improve processes and ways of working
