Requirements

  • Master’s or diploma degree in Information Management, Computer Science, Business Administration or Industrial Engineering
  • Solid GBS and Payroll & Time knowledge (processes, operating model, governance, methodologies)
  • Ability to drive innovation and organizational change
  • Highly motivated team player
  • Strong analytical and conceptual skills
  • Ability to thrive in international, cross functional settings
  • Proven consulting and project management experience (agile and traditional)
  • Scrum Master or Agile Coach experience is a plus
  • Capability to deep dive into collaborative working models and IT tools
  • Ability to translate insights effectively into the GBS environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Strong English proficiency

Tasks

  • Shape organizational structures, methods, and digital governance
  • Advise stakeholders on delivery and process excellence
  • Contribute to strategic GBS initiatives
  • Lead projects in Payroll and Time management
  • Promote agile methodologies like Scrum and Lean
  • Establish PMO standards and governance frameworks
  • Optimize end-to-end GBS processes for efficiency
  • Define and implement process frameworks and workflows
  • Support assessment and preparation of decision papers
  • Ensure consistent project execution across GBS PM H2R
