- Assist contract managers with claims and specifications
- Develop and implement project schedules and budgets
- Conduct risk assessments
- Support customers in resolving technical issues
- Travel to customer sites as needed
- Maintain and improve customer satisfaction
- Deliver excellent service throughout project phases
