As a Project Manager in Operations, you will blend strategic planning with hands-on execution, overseeing project timelines and resources while ensuring effective communication with international stakeholders. Requirements

• •At least 3 years of experience in project management
• •Experience leading cross-functional projects in an international environment
• •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in technical or business/management studies
• •Project management certifications are an advantage
• •Familiarity with preparing reports and presentations for management
• •Strategic mindset with a strong long-term perspective
• •Proactive attitude and eagerness to make an impact in a fast-growing organizational environment
• •Strong listening, communication, and collaboration skills
• •Attention to detail
• •Proficiency in MS Office, Jira, or other project management tools
• •Fluency in English (C1) and conversational in German (B2)
• •Willingness to travel
