Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years project management experience, ideally in healthcare or medical imaging
- Knowledge of Medical Quality regulations and standards (e.g., FDA design controls, ISO13485, ISO9001, European Medical Device Regulations)
- Strong organization, problem-solving, and communication skills; adaptability to change
- Coaching ability with strong persuasive and motivational skills
- Commitment to delivering high-standard medical devices (software, hardware, or both)
- Fluent English; Dutch and/or German is an asset
Tasks
- Drive process improvement initiatives
- Manage projects to enhance digital X-ray imaging products
- Coordinate cross-functional project core team activities
- Track project progress and budget
- Manage project changes and risks
- Communicate with all stakeholders
- Nominate and manage third-party vendors
- Act as technical single point of contact
- Define and monitor statement of work
- Support R&D in using Solution Development processes
- Contribute to internal and external regulatory audits
- Identify and resolve process non-conformities
- Implement process corrective and preventive actions
