Requirements
- •10+ years nuclear power leadership experience
- •5+ years steam generator field service
- •Strong project management skills
- •Strong communication skills
- •Strong teamwork skills
- •Strong change management skills
- •English language fluency
- •Compliance with export control regulations
Tasks
- •Lead steam generator inspection and maintenance projects
- •Manage opening and closing of manway and nozzle dams
- •Oversee primary tube eddy current inspections
- •Coordinate secondary sludge lancing and FOSAR activities
- •Direct daily project execution from preparation to closing
- •Prioritize safety, quality, and schedule adherence
- •Implement standardized initiatives to improve safety and quality
- •Ensure human error-free execution and equipment reliability
- •Interface with customers regarding execution and reporting
- •Support contract discussions and client relations
- •Apply company project management requirements to all projects
- •Develop lessons learned to drive continuous improvement
- •Highlight company solutions to identify new business opportunities
