Tasks
- Deliver large-scale plant projects (10–150 MW) end-to-end
- Lead and inspire cross-functional project teams
- Foster collaboration across engineering, procurement, operations, and commercial functions
- Manage complex project structures and governance
- Align stakeholder interests and ensure effective collaboration
- Ensure contractual and commercial execution of projects
- Safeguard project objectives in terms of time, cost, quality, and performance
- Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers
- Serve as the central point of contact for technical and project-related matters
- Translate customer requirements into executable project solutions
- Align solutions with technical feasibility and contractual obligations
- Drive project planning and execution
- Coordinate internal and external schedules, resources, and interfaces
- Balance technical, economic, and organizational considerations
- Ensure compliance with contractual specifications and technical requirements
- Maintain high standards of quality and performance
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks and opportunities
- Implement effective risk mitigation and value-enhancing measures
- Manage claims and change orders with legal and commercial functions
- Protect the company’s contractual position
- Provide structured and transparent reporting to senior management
- Ensure visibility on project performance, risks, and key milestones
