Tasks
- Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
- Implement project management methodologies and best practices
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders
- Foster collaboration across cross-functional areas
- Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and end users
- Facilitate regular project meetings
- Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
- Track project actions and progress
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
- Escalate issues to the Programme Management Team Lead when needed
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Maintain structured, accessible, and up-to-date documentation
- Contribute to ongoing OMT work as required
