Tasks

  • Lead project planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery
  • Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements
  • Implement project management methodologies and best practices
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders
  • Foster collaboration across cross-functional areas
  • Coordinate internal teams, stakeholders, vendors, and end users
  • Facilitate regular project meetings
  • Communicate updates to stakeholders and leadership
  • Track project actions and progress
  • Manage risks, issues, and dependencies proactively
  • Escalate issues to the Programme Management Team Lead when needed
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
  • Maintain structured, accessible, and up-to-date documentation
  • Contribute to ongoing OMT work as required
