- Monitor project timelines and budget.
- Manage stakeholders and Steering Committees.
- Ensure projects comply with authority regulations (FDA, EMA).
- Identify potential project risks.
- Develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure projects remain on track.
- Escalate risks and issues to management promptly.
