- Serve as the main contact for customers and the internal project team
- Schedule, monitor, and report on project progress, milestones, costs, and resources
- Address risks directly and identify alternative solutions
- Prepare project plans and risk registers, tracking deadlines and measures
- Maintain ongoing communication with project participants and conduct status meetings
- Provide weekly reports on ongoing projects to the Head of Project Management
- Manage conflicts and motivate the project team
- Drive process optimization initiatives
- Implement lessons learned and analyze post-calculations
