- Manage complex projects in Electronic Warfare Ground Support
- Lead projects through the full project lifecycle
- Ensure project delivery meets schedule, cost, quality, and performance targets
- Collaborate with program management and adjacent project areas
- Coordinate interdisciplinary teams across engineering, finance, procurement, quality, and configuration management
- Plan and steer project and management reviews, milestones, and decision-making bodies
- Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, delivery plans, and integration plans
- Monitor project progress, including KPI and status reporting
- Manage project risks
- Coordinate with customers, users, partners, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal functions
- Support bid, proposal, and tender activities
