Requirements

  • University degree in business, finance, technology, or related field
  • Relevant experience in asset management or consulting, with Private Markets and business enabling functions exposure
  • Proven track record in delivering digitization, transformation, or AI initiatives
  • Strong ability to bridge business and technology, with hands-on use case implementation and adoption experience
  • Solid understanding of Private Markets processes and operating models
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, ability to influence senior audiences and drive change
  • Structured, solution-oriented, execution-focused mindset, strong communication, high ownership

Tasks

  • Join high-impact Private Markets Products & Operations team
  • Drive digital transformation and AI enablement
  • Identify and prioritize AI and digitization use cases
  • Translate business needs into scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and technology teams
  • Lead from ideation to roll-out of initiatives
  • Ensure tangible impact and efficiency gains
  • Drive adoption and change management
  • Embed solutions into daily operations
  • Establish and track KPIs
  • Measure performance and ROI
  • Identify standardization and automation opportunities
  • Optimize operating model
  • Contribute to AI and digitization roadmap
  • Align with strategic priorities
