- •Apply procurement methods for long-lead equipment
- •Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
- •Support engineering decisions during design-build changes
- •Review and approve payment requests and invoices
- •Align equipment delivery with the project schedule
- •Record potential claims and act on the client’s behalf
- •Advocate for the client during disputes and change orders
- •Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews
- •Oversee project close-out, documentation, and warranties
