- •Minimum 5 years' experience as a Project Manager, preferably in Data Centre or mission-critical projects
- •Solid knowledge of Structural, Civil, Plumbing, Mechanical, Electrical, and Low Voltage scopes of work
- •Advanced proficiency in spreadsheets, report writing, and presentations
- •Strong communication and organisational skills; ability to multi-task effectively
- •Entrepreneurial mindset with a team-oriented attitude
- •Fluent language skills in German and English

- •Oversee general contractors, vendors, and consultants
- •Track and manage critical project milestones
- •Review construction proposals, pricing, and scopes
- •Assess work-in-place and approve capital expenditures
- •Review and approve cost-loaded schedules
- •Lead client and project meetings
- •Identify and monitor factors affecting construction costs
- •Apply knowledge of procurement methods and long-lead equipment
- •Validate and audit contractor cost estimates
- •Support engineering decisions during design-build changes
- •Review and approve payment requests and invoices
- •Ensure equipment delivery aligns with the project schedule
- •Record potential claims and act on behalf of the client
- •Advocate for the client in disputes, change orders, and modifications
- •Coordinate scheduling consultant reviews
- •Oversee project close-out, including documentation and warranties
