- Solid understanding of Pulp and/or Energy industry
- Ability to work independently with international, multi-location project teams
- Strong decision-making and change management skills
- Courage to take the lead
- Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
- Proven communication and commercial negotiation skills
- Experience working directly with customers
- Willingness to travel across Europe and globally
- Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English
- Mandatory fluency in spoken and written German
- Additional languages are an asset
Tasks
- Lead customer interactions
- Represent Valmet throughout projects
- Manage and guide project teams
- Prepare and maintain project plans
- Handle contract and change management
- Follow up on budgets
- Estimate costs
- Manage project schedules
- Conduct risk management
- Report internally and externally
- Ensure customer satisfaction
- Build long-term, trust-based relationships
- Support deliverability assessments during sales
- Ensure realistic contractual commitments
- Facilitate smooth handover from Sales to Project Execution
- Lead multicultural and multi-location projects

- Bachelor's degreeOR
