Requirements

Tasks
- Lead technical design and engineering of HVDC cable systems
- Manage production, testing, and commissioning of DC cable systems
- Coordinate with suppliers and partners for complex international projects
- Directly manage a team of highly engaged experts
- Oversee design freeze, qualification, and manufacturing processes
- Ensure final commissioning of onshore and offshore HVDC cable systems
- Manage accessories, fiber optic systems, and cable monitoring
- Support permitting activities for cable projects
- Conduct tendering processes for cable system components
- Provide functional leadership to multidisciplinary teams
- Coordinate external service providers in cable design and manufacturing
- Ensure HSE, schedule, cost, contract, quality, and risk management
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships throughout project phases
