Requirements

  • •Bachelor's degree as an Engineer or aerospace engineer
  • •At least 3 years of work experience in manufacturing/production
  • •Experience in planning processes and tools in defence and aerospace
  • •Experience in managing complex multidisciplinary production plans
  • •Detailed specialist knowledge in MS Project
  • •Intensive use of planning tools (Unified Planning / Planisware is a plus)
  • •Fluency in English and German

  • •Implement AIT planning activities for spacecraft production
  • •Support the AIT manager and PMO team in creating production plans
  • •Gather input from project participants and update the AIT plan
  • •Conduct schedule analyses and provide recommendations
  • •Support the implementation of integrated planning processes
  • •Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders
  • •Prepare and maintain project AIT plans according to specifications
  • •Manage task links, resource allocations, and project milestones
  • •Support decision-making through schedule analysis and simulations
  • •Act as a contact person for AIT planning issues
