- Provide operational guidance and manage conflicts
- Develop the overall project plan with management and stakeholders
- Exercise judgment on project setup, timelines, budget, and execution
- Manage changes and establish a change management process
- Analyze project risks and develop mitigation strategies
- Drive improvements in project execution to meet business targets
