Requirements

  • Degree in industrial engineering or similar
  • Several years of experience in multi-project management
  • Sound knowledge of project management tools
  • Ability to keep track of several projects

  • Very good communication skills in German and English

Tasks

  • Oversee and coordinate implementation projects.
  • Create and maintain project and rollout plans.
  • Coordinate role assignments with management.
  • Ensure project execution aligns with Rail-Flow standards.
  • Set up and maintain Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, and Atlas.
  • Manage requirements, bugs, and change requests.
  • Collaborate with the Implementation Manager on changes.
  • Organize and moderate client status meetings.
  • Facilitate steering committees and release meetings.
  • Identify project risks and initiate mitigation measures.
  • Escalate critical issues as necessary.
  • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for project services.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree
