Requirements
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years Development/Engineering experience
- Strong technical project leadership background
- Familiarity with design thinking and agile
- Leadership, problem-solving, and data-driven decision-making
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and critical thinking
- Fluency in English and German
Tasks
- Act as the design authority for all engineering disciplines
- Validate all technical deliverables
- Review technical project documentation
- Support the development of project proposals
- Lead internal and external cross-functional engineering teams
- Identify risks and define mitigation strategies
- Manage technical requirements and track development progress
- Report technical status to project management
- Collaborate with project managers throughout the project lifecycle
- Contribute to risk assessments and claim management
- Represent technical aspects in client and project meetings
- Engage with customers to develop tailored innovative solutions
- Oversee subcontractor management with procurement and supply chain
- Provide on-site support for installation and commissioning
- Perform on-site troubleshooting as needed
