- •In-depth knowledge of complex system development
- •Experience managing cross-disciplinary engineering challenges

- •Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams
- •Strong leadership presence and stakeholder influence
- •Understanding of FDA and EU MDR regulations
- •Track record of project delivery from concept to market
- •Fluent written and spoken English skills
- •Ability to travel to global locations

- •Communicate execution decisions to core development teams
- •Ensure all deliverables meet quality and rigor standards

- •Maintain a system-level view of technical integrations
