Requirements
- •Willingness to travel to customer, suppliers, and other Westinghouse facility locations
Tasks
- •Initiate and plan development projects
- •Apply tools to optimize project performance
- •Manage project controls activities including scope, schedule, cost, and risk
- •Process and monitor changes through integrated change control
- •Prepare project cost forecasts and progress evaluations
- •Coordinate project communications with team and stakeholders
- •Maintain project databases for efficient documentation handling
- •Archive project work in management systems upon completion
- •Identify and communicate opportunities for improvement
- •Support development of offers with technical descriptions and cost estimates
- •Interface with Supply Chain Management and other support organizations
- •Lead project lifecycles from proposal to implementation
- •Develop detailed project execution plans covering all phases
- •Balance competing project constraints such as scope and budget
- •Create project schedules and identify resource needs
- •Implement recovery plans for delayed activities
- •Monitor project financial performance and update forecasts
- •Control project scope by understanding contracts and monitoring activities
