Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or related technical field
- Leading technical aspects of complex projects
- Expertise in relevant engineering principles, tools, and methodologies
- Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Willingness for on-site commissioning travel
Tasks
- Lead technical planning, design, development, and implementation
- Serve as primary technical point of contact for stakeholders
- Guide and mentor junior engineers and technical staff
- Develop and review technical specifications and drawings
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies
- Identify and resolve technical challenges and issues
- Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering processes
- Prepare and present technical reports and project updates
- Conduct FST in Sweden (Ludvika)
- Participate in on-site commissioning (willingness to travel)
- Perform planned maintenance and servicing of electrotechnical systems
- Manage automation, communication, and safety systems on converter stations
- Handle electrotechnical systems on offshore platforms
