Requirements

• •Degree in chemical engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, or equivalent
• •10 years pharmaceutical experience and 5 years leadership
• •Project Director or extensive project management background
• •Strong strategic thinking and enterprise focus
• •Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• •In-depth knowledge of cGMP regulations
• •Ability to communicate and inspire organizations
• •Fluent English and German
• •Desirable experience with Health Authorities and inspections
• •Data analytics and digital skills
• •Multi-stakeholder management and process excellence
• •Resilience, risk management, and strategic direction

Tasks

• •Lead a state-of-the-art GMP manufacturing facility
• •Direct Production, HSE, Engineering, and Supply Chain
• •Manage Manufacturing Science and Technology activities
• •Translate manufacturing strategies into actionable plans
• •Oversee capital projects from construction to launch
• •Improve site-wide operational efficiencies constantly
• •Ensure compliance with cGMP and safety regulations
• •Monitor performance metrics with the leadership team
• •Drive cross-site collaboration and process standardization
• •Develop and communicate the site strategic plan
• •Mentor employees and provide development opportunities
• •Maintain a positive and collaborative work environment
• •Coordinate planning to meet cost-effective manufacturing goals
• •Lead site meetings regarding policies and initiatives
